What is a slow living ritual, and do I need to create one from scratch?

Pillar 2: The Art of Beauty
A slow living ritual is any repeated practice that returns you to yourself, that you move toward not because it is productive but because something in you requires it. You may already have one and not recognise it as such. A garden visited each morning, a cup of tea taken at a window, a walk before the house wakes, a room at a specific hour. The practice doesn’t have to look a certain way. It doesn’t require a cushion, a timer, or an app. It requires only that you bring your full attention to it, notice when your mind has wandered elsewhere, and choose, gently, to return. That choice, made again and again, is the whole thing.
